ASPEN HEIGHTS

Austin-based developer, Aspen Heights, is nationally recognized for revolutionizing student housing, and were ready to take on expanding into multi-family developments nationwide. When they were looking to break into six new markets including Denver, Raleigh, Atlanta, Nashville, Phoenix and Salt Lake they brought on WildRock PR & Marketing to leverage their reputation to officially enter the multi-family market and make a media splash.

Our Approach

WildRock started with a one-month planning phase to research competitors, develop strategic partner lists of local organizations and influencers in desired areas, as well as build custom media lists and craft newsworthy stories to garner national PR coverage. Once the research was vetted into a finalized plan, WildRock launched into a three-month PR campaign to reach out to national outlets to establish the Aspen Heights name in the multifamily market. The goal was to land national media placement with both online and long-lead publications and magazines.
