Dairy Block, a Sage Hospitality property and McWHINNEY development, is the former Windsor Dairy plant and a first-of-its-kind micro-district in the heart of Denver’s historic Lower Downtown (LoDo) neighborhood. WildRock Public Relations & Marketing was brought on to build awareness about the new development by starting social media channels from scratch.

After conducting extensive research and benchmarking similar developments in Colorado and across the country, WildRock created compelling content as the driving force to achieve goals, focusing on a younger, Millennial generation based in Metro Denver and surrounding neighborhoods that would be most likely to visit Dairy Block because of interests and proximity. Each quarter, WildRock drafted a new strategy with big-picture contests and campaigns while also focusing on the day-to-day tactics and growing the channels organically without boosting posts or creating ads.
