FORT COLLINS-LOVELAND WATER DISTRICT & SOUTH FORT COLLINS SANITATION DISTRICT

Fort Collins-Loveland Water District (FCLWD) and South Fort Collins Sanitation District (SFCSD) provide the full spectrum of high-quality water delivery and reclamation to 50,000+ customers in Northern Colorado. They reached out to WildRock for assistance in telling their story to their customers, raising awareness for water issues and driving participation in water conservation programming.

Our Approach

WildRock has come alongside the FCLWD since 2018 and the SFCSD since 2019. After starting with an initial strategy session and communication plan for both Districts to outline key messaging, target audiences and a tactics calendar, WildRock has been the Districts’ boots on the ground to provide social media management, blogging, digital advertising, email marketing and public relations. In working with WildRock, the Districts have successfully grown all of their marketing efforts while increasing customer participation in District conservation programs. As a result, the Districts have expanded their conservation programs year over year making them available to more customers.
