Little Thompson Water District

Little Thompson Water District is a special district in Colorado that provides water facilities and services to businesses and residents in a 250-square-mile district. Since 1961 they have been dedicated to fulfilling their mission to provide customers with safe, reliable and good-tasting water at a fair price. LTWD approached WildRock to not only level up their current marketing efforts but also free up capacity for their team so they could focus on what they do best: providing high-quality water.

Our Approach

WildRock began our partnership with LTWD in 2023. Starting with a strategic planning session, we identified goals, needed resources and also obstacles for LTWD’s marketing efforts. Following the session, we developed three goals: product materials that successfully reach customers and educate them on key issues, increase customer participation in conservation efforts, and free-up staff time. WildRock then got to work revamping foundational elements and then moving into ongoing support on social media, email marketing and printed collateral.
