WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE

Windermere Real Estate is ranked the largest regional real estate company in the Western United States, serving markets in Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Mexico. Since its inception in 1972, Windermere Real Estate has grown to be a network of 300 offices with more than 7,000 agents. The growth of Windermere allowed them to expand into the Colorado market. To do so, Windermere reached out to WildRock Public Relations & Marketing to help create a successful grand opening event that would announce the arrival of Windermere in Colorado.

Our Approach

Having worked with real estate companies in the past as well as a track record of
successful events, WildRock put our experience to work to create awareness and event attendance. WildRock planned Windermere Colorado’s opening events and also organized sponsors, partners and cross-promotional efforts including a donation to the Homeless Gear non-profit organization, as well as other partners like the Marriott and Town Square Media. Ensuring that key members of the Northern Colorado community, including political figures, corporate, public and media, would be at the event was instrumental in the
success of Windermere Colorado’s arrival.
