Happy Birthday to Us!

WildRock is so excited for March as it marks a huge milestone…WildRock’s third anniversary!

It’s been an amazing journey so far and I can’t believe it’s already been three years. When I made the decision to open up my own firm, I wasn’t entirely sure what the future would look like, what it would truly take to run my own business, or how I could balance it all with being a wife and a mother. But here I am, three years later and still going strong!

It’s true, running your own business can be scary and overwhelming at times. You have to take care of everything (and I do mean, everything) to make sure that your team, your clients, and you have exactly what you need for success. But even with the challenges and pressure that comes with being an entrepreneur, there is nothing more liberating or empowering than being your own boss.

As a female entrepreneur, I’ve had my fair share of setbacks while trying to make my dream a reality. However, it’s those setbacks that have pushed me to work harder, fight stronger and never give up. It’s this characteristic that I hope to pass on to my two young daughters. Being a “woman in charge” doesn’t mean becoming cold and skeptical in order to get what you want. It means standing up for what you want, creating a positive atmosphere and being a role model for other women, to empower them to do the same.

I am so proud to have a team of strong, charismatic individuals on this wild ride with me. Being a business owner is pretty great, but it’s even better when you have an outstanding, passionate group by your side.
